We offer free shipping worldwide to most countries.

Our standard delivery takes up to 3-10 working days depending on where you are located globally. However, we understand that sometimes products are needed more urgently and hence we a range of express delivery options.

Express Delivery UK (1-2 working days) – £10
Express Delivery Europe (1-2 working days) – £20
Express Delivery Rest of World (1-2 working days)- £30

We offer a tracking code with every order we ship so you can keep an eye on when your products are going to arrive. You will receive confirmation of your order upon purchase and in every product we sell, depending on your pet, Romeo or Hiro will personally thank you for shopping with them. Returns

At Locate Your Pet we understand that sometimes things don’t always work out as planned and should you need to return your purchase we are more than happy to do so in these circumstances. Within 14 days of your purchase you are eligible to return or exchange your product upon notifying us at info@locateyourpet.co.uk from the day you wish to return the product/s. Upon emailing us we shall issue an email to you regarding your refund containing specific instructions for what you should do next. The product upon return must be in a suitable condition with no apparent changes to the operational functions of the device whilst also displaying no signs of aesthetic damage with all of the original contents of the product also intact and included. Refunds may take 3-8 days to process upon reception of your product.

Please follow these steps in order to get a refund:

  1. Email us at info@locateyourpet.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Wait for confirmation email from us for further instructions.
  3. Re-package and send back to the registered address:

  4. A refund will be issued in the same way that the payment was originally made excluding delivery costs incurred to you.

Kindly note, when sending a return, always retain proof of postage as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Thank you
